Description:
Today - my target is Reckitt Benckiser plc.
Recently - i've been told by my good friend television the "Air Wick 'Crystal 'Air'" air cleansing product is:
"The most beautiful air freshener you've ever seen!"
Not only am i amazed that Reckitt Benckiser allowed their advertising agency to use that phrase - but i'm also insulted to think that there are people out there that will pick up this product and think: "This is beautiful! I've never seen anything more beautiful than this wonder plastic piece of shit! I'll devote my whole life to worshiping this little plastic disc filled with fuck knows what that smells about as pleasing as dog feaces in +30 degree weather!"
Okay - maybe only the totally senile will make a jump at that marketing slogan - but Reckitt Benckiser shouldn't try to demean the rest of the consumers by thinking they are stupid enough to buy a "beatiful air freshner".
