The "Bumblebee" stripe went on kinda crooked, but I'll live with it.... :-) |

Nice work as usual. Do you clear coat the bodies after painting? |

#9, No actualy, I probably should, those decals get flaky w/ time and handling, and they always look a bit better in these photos than in real life anyway, the imperfections aren't as obvious in the "glamor" shots I post... :-) But I do use genuine car touch up paint on some of the parts.... |

When I get a dozen or so finished, I'm gonna get a good group photo, oh, and this model had 2 versions, the stock version (above) and a drag version w/ supercharger, cowl hood, drag slicks, etc. I saved the supercharger parts, I'm gonna find a wagon, and do a litte kitbashing, and make a dream ride for DiRF! |

Interresting fact, the "6 pack" in the name of this car refferences the fact it had 3 two barrel carbs on it, a singe one operated at normal cruise speed, but mashing the accelerator opened all 3 up, total airflow into the engine was 1300 cfm!!! It could keep up w/ a hemi-powered Super Bee untill about 80mph, not bad huh? |

#18, Strangely, one musclecar fact I did know was what the term "6-pack" meant. The rest...well, I know "Hemi". :-) |

The stock engine for this was a 383, for a couple hundred bucks more, you could get the six pack, but the Hemi cost a whopping $1000 more, in 1969 dollars..... |
