#10, But wouldn't that look worse? They would go around and around with the hubcap and not always be in the right spots when it stopped.

#13, maybe its someone who just wanted something on besides the wheels. Maybe they bought the car with the tint. I know a girl who has these on her ZX2, and she bought them because didnt like the stock steelies.
