#2, Actually, I saw a picture on here where they did just that. The parking officials didn't appreciate it; they put a boot on the car.

we rented one in Germany...I had to move the passenger seat a little farther back than the drivers seat so my buddy and I could have some shoulder room =/

I'd like to try driving one of these. Looks like it could be fun, in that low-power go-kart sort of way. Is the engine in the front? Because it doesn't really look like there's room.
