buy yourself a '95 camaro with an LT1 for $5-7k and go wild... with the NA mods... 13s are easy!

Let's just put it this way..he started with a SOHC VTEC engine. And then he turbocharged it, giving him a mediocre ET. If you've got a power-adder and you're not breaking into 13s, that's bad.

13s would probably be his - if he dumped the bodykit, any wings, and went with a stock sized rim with slicks...

I was under the impression that the SOHC motor was pretty much designed for fuel economy and nothing else--that the VTEC feature was intended (on this engine) to maximize fuel economy at low RPMs and allow normal acceleration when you rev it up, whereas the DOHC engines were (somewhat) more performance oriented.

If that's the case, he really wasted his money putting forced air on this...

What a dumbass, you can swap a H22 (Prelude engine) in this year model hatch, add basic bolts ons and you'll have a low 13 second Honda, if you can drive it properly.

#8, That was what I figured. Sort of a waste spending all that money to put a turbo on that engine when he should be able to get those times NA with a larger motor.

Those gauges and radiator cap really boost the HP.

i dont see why everybody is bashing it...it doesn't even have a wing, and it needs the front bumper for the intercooler...at least he spent his money of performance mods, 14.1 is pretty good starting from maybe 17.0

This is a cute little hatch. 14's isn't incredibly impressive for all those mods, but it's zippy enough for me.
