A lot of new cars have their front plate frame hidden or completely removable, because front plates aren't required in all states. |

Those look like NJ plates on the 78' , the Yellow one may be a PA car, it's rear-tag only for us |

I saw a newer one with the plate removed and a tad wee bit of an intercooler sitting in it ... couldnt tell if it was supercharged or turbo, it was parked
