#3, I agree, but the reason Nintendo isn't censoring is pretty straightforward--they're trying to win marketshare by putting more adult/older-teen oriented games on their console. Not a bad move, because traditionally Nintendo has targeted children/younger teens.
Taking that into account, it's really pretty stupid that Sony has chosen to censor their verison of BMX XXX--their console has always been marketed towards a rather eclectic bunch of gamers, and they've never hesitated to allow violent, gory games in the past. A little nudity is hardly worse.

The game sounds like bullshit. Why would you want a BMX game with topless women in it???
I'm all for the anti-censorship thing, though. Violence I can understand, but anyone who is offended by nudity is a major tight-ass.

I'll probably buy it on Xbox or GC just to support the non-censored product. plus if this game sells well then it'll let developers do more
