I know this picture: This guy was a tourist to Tombstone AZ and was getting a picture taken in period clothing. The person in the background wasn't there when the pic was taken. Not only does the photo not show signs of manipulation, but the person is in an impossible position: as if half-sticking out of the ground.

#6, Look closely at the photo. Follow the URL and look at the blowup. You can plainly see he's not buried half in the ground.
