Just one little point---this shot makes it evident that the car has apparently been beefed up a bit--there would appear to be a full pan under the engine. |

#4, Like that scene in "Striking Distance" where the one Impala rolls over, and during the one roll, you can clearly see the car has no engine or tranny inside? :-) |

#8, Or that scene in the beginning of Mad Max, where the Night Rider's car is obviously engineless and powered by JATO? |

#9, You gotta love any movie that involves strapping a jet to a car and crashing it at high speed into something solid. |

#9, We could have a whole tread devoted to car chase goofs spotted by sharp eyed motorheads like us......
A common mistake I see is cars that will be used purely for destruction have had engines removed, and you can see right through the grilles or fender wells that they have been removed.... |

#11, I also remember in Ronin, where one of the bad guys shoots out the mirror on the chase car, right before their BMW falls off an overpass (!). In the next scene, you can see that DeNiro's car once again has side mirrors. |

Its broken-it's fixed-it's broken continuity errors are common in those kind of films, from the ammount of takes and sutch, it's almost impossible to not have it happen, they dont' bug me as much as impossible car physics stuff that get's pulled all the time |
