"Steeda rates all its engine packages as rear-wheel horsepower, which in the case of our Q400 Deluxe tester was 425. The entry-level Q400 and Standard Q400 have a 400hp rating, as measured at the rear wheels. The Deluxe model, shown, features the optional Bullitt Mustang intake manifold and 70mm throttle body, which is credited with the 25hp power increase. "
