This is one of those cases where you look back and wonder, "were these guys NUTS?" After all, if the engine blows up, he's going to eat it.

ahhh the old days of drag racing. when the tranny blew...it was pretty scary because everything from the engine forward broke off and the driver was sitting on the axle going down the track.

#4, Yes. Was it he who started the push towards mid-engined draggers?

Anyway, it's just interesting to see photos of dragsters with the engine in the front because it's less common now, and for good reason.

#5, What's your beef with ESPN, anyway? Excuse my ignorance, but I haven't watched TV in a very long time.

#8, they cater to the nba and nfl way too much and cancel nhl games at the last minute.

i don't understand why all the glory for criminals and dropouts with their bling bling escalades and rap sheets in the nba/nfl. i watch some nba but don't get that into it.

also i never know when inside drag racing is on anymore since they always bump that in favor of crap like nfl 2 night which is on about 5 times a day.

wow. thanks for the back up solid snake.
and yeah, for the record you need to see an nhl game live or actually get on some skates and try it before bashing it. its the best of both worlds - finesse and brawn.
