#2, They don't make the show anymore. What you see in the US are old, old, old reruns.
Besides, Kitchen Stadium was just a studio. They built it and tore it down for every show.

#6, Yes, the dubbing on MEEC is kinda lame... only about 10% of the time is it actually funny, but the show itself, with all the wacky stunts is hilarious.

...and that 10 Greatest Hits (or whatever) at the end is so incredibly fun.
