My high school physics teacher once owned one of these... (He was kinda rich, he only taught because he loved to teach, very admirable in my opinion. He also owned a '99 Merecedes S500, and a 800+hp '68 'Vette L88.)

There's a teacher at my old High School who drives a 58 Corvette, painted a metalic flake purple, oh, and his house is painted the SAME COLOR purple too. If that wasn't enough, he has an inground pool, and the cement is painted purple, so the water looks pink, this guy scares me

it's a quote from Gone in Sixty Seconds. One of the cars they steal is a pantera driven by some blonde who left the keys in it.

You laugh, sure, but you have any idea how many cars get stolen with the keys in them? Sit outside a convenince store sometime and watch how many folks leave keys in a running car and go inside for coffee, talk about gone in 60 seconds.....

I wouldn't even leave my key in the car on my driveway, even if I only went to get someting, which would only take a minute...

Gotta love the concept. Build an exotic-looking car, mid-engined and all that, but power it with a Ford 351 to keep it (relatively) easy to work on.
