Description:
I hope I'm not alone in having seen this odd cartoon series

"Wheelie and the Chopper Bunch" ran for one season on NBC in 1974 and has popped up in syndication from time to time since then

Wheelie the VW was the main character, oddly enough, he never spoke, but made his feelings clear by horn toots or displaying his thoughts on his windshield...... It's the only cartoon show I know of that had a cast that consisted entirely of anthropomorphic vehicles, and for that matter, the only show where (I am not making this up) the executive producer went to jail for attempting to murder the background artist..... go figure

OMFG...I've seen like, 3 episodes of this on Cartoon Network...pretty decent...since I'm nuts about cars, I overlooked what flaws it had.

#4, If you get the "Boomerang" channel, a spin-off of cartoon network, it's on early in the mornings, otherwise, I dont' know where you'll find it, I first saw it in like 88' on the USA network. HB produced it, so any network that shows old HB shows may have it

#1, That last bit intrigues me. I've just spend the last 20 minutes or so looking up stuff about this show, but can't find anything about an attempted murder.
