invalids make perfect snipers, just mount a little rifle holder on one of the arm rests

#7, That appears to be a H&K MP5 Submachine gun, they have selective fire modes where you can fire either single rounds, 3 round bursts, or full auto....

This cannot be an MP5 as it isn´t neither 9 nor 10mm nor .40S&W. It is a short G3 Version in 7.62. It seems to be either a shortened H&K 51 or a MC 52 with a full Stock.
And I´d say it is full-auto, since there is too much brass in the air for semi-auto.

I'm gonna get a fully automatic weapon one of these days. :)
That's one good thing about living in a conservative state, every year at the Frank Cochran gun show you can walk out with everything from Katana replicas to .44 pistols to all-out assault rifles.
