No way it makes 180hp ...
From an article about the 1990-93 Volvo 240 :
"All Volvo 240 models still come with a 2.3-liter 4-cylinder engine, mated to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. It provides 114 horsepower at 5400 rpm and 136 pound-feet of torque at 2750 rpm."

#42, IIRC Biohazards car had some mild N/A modifications. I do think 180 is a bit optimistic, though.
