I got so much crap on my computer that when I open the start window to paint, I can't see anything behind it at all. :-P

#10, Indeed. Of the Win 9x operating systems, I'd say Windows 98 SE was the best.

#9, Nah, I like layers too much. However, I will say that I was surprised by the fact that you can actually do skew transforms in MS Paint. You can almost pull off a 3D effect if you are so inclined.
