Chop job aside, you don't see many early to mid 70's Chevy Trucks around, they were notorious rust buckets, most GM cars from that era rusted really bad really fast. My Dad had a friend who bought one and it lasted only about 5 years before the frame rails rusted and collapsed in half while he was driving it. |

You know you've gone to far when your lawn mower is higher up that your car. How do people drive these things? My Firebird is stock ride height and I actually thought about raising it up, it drags everywhere. |

It has to have hydraulics. It wouldn't be able to move otherwise. I would raise it a bit, but DAMN that's pretty otherwise. What year is it? |

It's either a 71' or a 72'. 70's had identical bodies, but had a metal strip accross the grille that said "Chevrolet" and from 73' up the whole design changed. |

LOL, I love that movie. I got married on Groundhog Day also. I agree with everyone else. Sweet truck, but it needs to be raised up about an inch to an inch and a half at least. |

Said it before and I'll say it again, I'll bet a LOT that has hydraulics, and raises up significantly for driving. I really, really like this truck. |

I would bet that it either has airbags, or no lift ability at all. People that build trucks like this dont use hydraulics often (from the ones ive seen). Also, the wheels are sunk 2" in the grass... so its not quite as low as it looks. I LIKE IT! |

the front tires definitely have a negative camber, so more than likely its bagged (or hydraulics, although thats "old skool") |

Yeah you couldn't drive it like that otherwise. |

That's NOT something I would take a chance on. Now that you mention it I saw one here the other day that was this low driving around. Not a good idea. |
