#1, I don't think so. I'd like to know what the owner was thinking when they built this. the owner called it Tucker because it had a headlight in the middle like the Tucker. I've also seen this near my house last year

The front end of this looks almost EXACTLY like the origianl prototype art for the Tucker, IIRC, which was modified to what we know it as now.
