how evil? How about 487 hp @ 7,300 rpm on the dyno, and enough torque to require a Quaife torque-sensing limited-slip unit to control the front end. passes Texas smog standards and runs the quarter in 11.04s at 134mph..I dont know about all these Import-haters, but I love anything thats look slow but goes fast. |

It couldn't POSSIBLY go that fast with no spoiler, no fart tip and no Altezzas. Get real man. Ricers take note. |

If it actually had 487 hp you would NEVER get it to hook up with tires that small. Even though a Honda Civic is a very well engineered car it does NOT have the structural intergrity to handle 487 hp. I don't beleive everything I read. Neither should you.
PS an engine that small may be capable of some decent hp numbers but due to it's small size it will never make much torque. Anything with a stroke shorter than 3" and a short connecting rod will have very limited torque output. The only hope they have is LOTS or RPM. Yeah you can make them go but at what cost and for how long?? |

What about rally cars they have about 650Nm and they are only 300hp 2L. |

But in the end, its still a Honda Civic. The bottom-of-the-line, entry level offering from Honda. For those who cant even afford Honda sorta-sport car Prelude. |

Yeah. But it's fast. If that's all you care about, this'll sort you out. I prefer fast, elegant, sexy, stylish and big, myself. |
