I think the Japanese companies need to realize that when it comes to trucks, or at least full-size trucks, people are going to stick to the familiar names of Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, and Dodge.

And aren't the Tacoma and Tundra actually supposed to be good trucks?

#19, sounds like the same thing said by those who were skeptical of early Toyota and (at the time) Datsun pickups.

But i still think this would be a massive risk if Honda when through with this. Then the aftermarket rice products for this would skyrocket.

The Tundra is supposed to be all-around competitive with the other full size trucks, but the Tacoma is decent at it's best.

#2 actually Hondas been making their own CRV's since 1997 and i believe the passport is still made though I think I heard it might be discontinued soon and replaced by their own suv and maybe in Japan honda is small but they're the second largest here while Mitsubishi is small here
