you know you've got a small turbo when your peak torque is more than your peak hp. |

well, you've got the smallest turbo of them all. none. and pretty much all musclecars made more torque than hp stock. |

or it could be your injectors getting a bit dirty. or your gears settling in. could be any number of things. |

exactly....yeah when i got the blower installed i took right to a dyno and had it tuned cuz i have seen what happens without a proper tune. Detonation really bad and then things get real ugly hence why i spent the money to have my car profesionally tuned |

if you're running 10psi with stock 9.5:1 compression, cylinder pressures are gonna be a bit on the high side for the stock heads, gaskets, con-rods and a million other things. |

not saying you're going to throw a rod anytime soon, but with the stock compression, you're gonna see more advanced wear. |

actually it's not as bad as you think i wanted to go with 99+ PI heads but it bumbs the compression up to 10.3:1 and the guy i wanted to do for me said come here lemmie show ya somethin and he showed a 98 Gt with 99+ heads and a 8psi Vortech on it. It blew the left head clean off bolts and all so i decided the nix that idea real quick |

the car only has 38000 miles on it. With the tune i have you wouldn't know it was blown until you go wide open then it really lets you know it's there |

yeah. if you get the urge to run smaller blower pulleys, though, do your engine a favor and spring for some 8.5:1 pistons and good forged con-rods. |
