Description:

Tue Aug 19, 5:33 AM ET

A 200-foot-tall giant sequoia tree fell along Sequoia National Park's main road, crushing this vehicle parked in a turnout alongside the road in Sequoia National Park, Calif. The tree, believed to be approximately 1,000 years old, fell along the Generals Highway, several miles east of the Giant Forest Museum. No one was hurt but the Jeep Cherokee was destroyed.

Oh, c'mon...a little bondo and she'll be fine. Lol!

Every time I see a Jeep Laredo, I think Jeep Lardo. Is it just me or does anyone else think Jeep Lardo when they see a Jeep Laredo?

That's a BIG tree...and at 1000 years old, it was probably petified, and ROCK HARD.

That just sucks. Time to hitchhike I suppose.
