I'd take the lightning over the ss and i dont fords. so the lightning gets my vote.

I'm pretty sure that performance-wise, the Lightning beats the crap out of the SS...However, I think the SS looks nicer, has a nicer interior, and still retains most of its pickup-truck abilities, but that stuff doesn't matter to car magazine editors anymore. However, someone please tell me that at least ONE of these can have a manual transmission. If the answer is no, then I think they both suck...

#14, Don't jack your eyes off at me! . . . as I think I recall reading in a magazine somewhere, there really wasn't much of a contest between these two either, the Lightning pretty much annihilated the SS. but, eh...it's all good.

#16, the Lightning. but he was also heavily modded.
stock vs stock...the SRT-10 is supposed to run high 13s in the 1/4. The Lightning runs about the same. maybe a little lower than the SRT-10. The SRT-10 also weighs more but counters that with more power.
