Here is the story. It was orignially featured on super chevy a while back without the blower (with a 396). A while ago he built a ~700hp blown 454. He had that for maybe a month or two and it blew an intake gasket. He had it replaced, but since the engine wasnt "perfect" anymore, he had the 540 built. I remember he had a problem, even with the 454, that he couldnt back it into his driveway without his tires going up in smoke.

Full racing setup Id say about a 7sec or so. 6sec depending on driver skill and gear ratios etc.
