#3, did rockford's firebird jump an old abondonded wooden bridge gap?
did rockford's firebird run from the law through (methinks) 5 seperate states?
did rockford's firebird fight a world of criminals who operate above the law?
did rockford's firebird talk?
did rockford's firebird have "turbo boost"?
did rockford's firebird have super pursuit mode?

I THINK NOT!

#4, Rockford's firebird did take some hellacious jumps, off-roading adventures, and the occasional bullet hole. It also had the magical ability to switch from a '74 to a '75 and back again during the action sequences in the earlier episodes.

Speaking of F-bodys, I picked up an Auto Trader today and found something cool. A 1977 Pontiac Trans Am, white with blue interior, a 400 and a 4 speed for $5900. Looks nice in the pic, but the screaming chickens are absent.

There's another one like it, except dark blue and a '78 (still has the chickens), but it doesn't run. It's going for $1500. Looks nice and solid.

#7, a T/A is nothing without the chicken.

#8, Still a 400 and a Shaker with a 4 speed. Not to mention TA flares and spoiler. I think they look rather nice without the chicken graphics....though were it mine I would order a new set of blue ones through JC Whitney. Just to complete the look.

kinda sad/weird how the screaming chicken graphic looked perfect on 2nd gen TA's and no other gen of TA's.

#2, Actually it's a dull gold. I loved the black ones with the gold chickens like the one on the left. This one was in very good condition.
