Description:
In addition to crashing, third rate F1 driver Taki Inoue also manages to get hit by the Tatra safety car at the 1995 Hugarian Gran Prix. Apparently he broke his leg, too. LMAO. |

#3, Quite. It's amazing how making a mistake at the wrong time can come back to bite you.
Edit: Oh, yeah--in case the video doesn't work for anyone, the description is further down in the thread. During an F1 race in the 70's, one of the safety marshals was trying to cross the track on foot to aid a car. Unfortunately, another car came flying around that bend at the time, hitting the safety marshal and killing him (in a rather spectacular manner--he went flying like a rag doll). However, that's not all, because the fire extinguisher the marshal was carrying cracked the driver's skull and killed him instantly.
