Description:
Even as off-topics, I know Trooper probably doesn't want many of these pictures, but
this one is a real winner. Apparently this guy has to pass through Darlington on his way
to work.... (NASCAR fans will get this one) |

Its 4 door, I think it was a Cutlass, this came from the personal page of a guy who drives a Tow Truck in Boston, he calls this one the "Arlington Stripe" because he's seen a good share of people hit the retaining wall at the Arlington St. Exit ramp and do exactly what this guy did. |

Wheelbase looks too long, I've worked on a friends' Buick SkyLark (essentialy the same car) and they are only a couple inches bigger than a Cavalier, This one looks full size, like the last of the Delta 98's |

Whatever it was, it had the misfortune to be driven by someone who had either no depth perception, or went pretty heard on the breakfast margaritas that day..... And you were right, its an Achieva, look at the hood/grille setup, that was one of kind, the Deltas had oval grille halves, Achievas were square like that

If he was at Darlington, he's lucky he didn't get head-on'd. (Think about it...) |

I was thinking the same thing. I used to drive around the track backwards on that Papyrus NASCAR game for the computer, and wreck everyone in the first 2 laps....then turn around and just cruise to an easy victory. That was my Earnhardt tactic. |
