#5, Well he's trying to make it look like his car. So painting it black wouldn't do. |

yeah but nobody toched his car with still wet black paint on their hands did they. :P since he said he gave up I just suggested black to kinda salvage it. |

#7, He'll trash it, he has another one just like it my dad got him for christmas...but I see your point. I would take it and do it, but I have a T/A that's still in the box I haven't even touched.... |

#8, Eh, I probably won't do it again. I hate to waste the model but I really hate doing these damn things anyway. If only there was a service where you could get a diecast custom-painted to match your car. I'd be in heaven. |

One day I might do one of those R/C cars and paint it to match my car since they're a lot easier and you don't have to worry about fitment issues. |

#12, Thx, but damn. They don't want much do they? I actually have most of that in my most recent pics except for straight on front and back pics and I'm not going out to Pace (where I took those pics) just to do that and I may or may not even get it made. |

#7, I could fix the paint. That's not the point. The body lines don't match up. The front bumper won't stay on all the way and the chassis won't go in all the way in the back which makes the back look like it's been jacked up. And before anyone says it, I don't want a trailer trash version of my car. |

See? The front end is ALL screwed up, it probably sits crooked to one side, and sits too high, too. Definitely wouldve been better if not for the quality before our work came into play. |

yeah I haven't worked on this model I have in about exactly one year and a week becuase the windows and like 2 parts of the enige don't fit. I fixed the egine parts by shaving them down a tiny bit so they fit, but the window I need to find my glue gun to glue them in. but I'm too lazy to look for it |
