Yeah, it's easy to completely beat, but it's still fun as hell. It has 80 different tracks, one of which is VERY cool...it's a hill climb track: http://www.eagb.net/advance/game_re...es/gr210_06.jpg (YES, you CAN fly off the track and down the cliff) One more screen shot: http://www.eagb.net/advance/game_re...es/gr210_04.jpg ...and it has "unlicenced" cars that are SUPPOSED to look like actual cars...but not completely... It has: Ford Focus, Hyundai Accent, Citroen Xara, Skoda Octavia, Cooper Mini (old one), Alfa Romeo hatchback, Peugeot 206, Mitsu Lancer Evo, Subaru WRX, Lancia Stratos, Porsche 911 Turbo (pre-996) [Edited by DiRF on 12-30-2003 @ 07:08:31 PM]

#2, What I loved about that game was how you could paint the car ANY WAY YOU WANTED... also, my favorite Gameboy Color racing game was Top Gear Pocket 2 (was a rally game too, but the cars were all squished and cartoony looking...and of course, the game was 8bit).

#5, Several PC racing games have paintshop modes... CONSOLE GAMES NEED IT TOO DAMMIT. Oh yeah, this game is also funny in how you can roll the car if you take a turn too fast...

#7, That game had some awesome cars...IIRC: Lancia Delta, Subaru Impreza, BMW M3, Skyline GT-R, the 959, Toyota Supra, Toyota Celica, Ford RS200... I painted the Skyline up like one of my town's police cars, and painted the M3 with a special Midway scheme (they published that particular game) it was actually REALLY good...I shoulda sent it in...but my N64 and everything with it was stolen (this was back in '98)

I have Top Gear Rally for the N64, as well. I painted an M3 up to look like the General Lee (I was in a weird mood) and got it perfect. The Confederate flag came out really well, and I even painted the black brush guard onto it.

#15, One of my sister's friends (who was living in his car at the time) left for Minnesota the day my N64 'mysteriously' disappeared... Long story short, it was gone for good, and I got a PlayStation as a result of it.
