I will say this as many times as it takes; OLD PEOPLE SHOULD NOT DRIVE!! I will stand by that for as long as I live.

Even when you're old? :P
I don't think THAT is necessary, but testing should be required upon age 60 or so, and should be conducted every 3-5 years thereafter to keep the ones with failing abilities off the road.

#2, That makes sense. Only I think every 2 years would be better. I seriously hate old people driving. An old person recently killed 14 people at a farmers market here when he didnt know any better than to get off the gas when he started hitting things. I have also been hit by an old person while riding my bike.

And old people shouldn't be driving a car as fast as a Nova...oh wait. :P
