#2, As funny as it may sound...it means great things for Ken. I've been a fan of his for quite some time...unlike some drivers, he races because he LOVES it...Craftsman trucks, Open wheel midgets, ARCA, Southwest series, modifieds, dirt tracks... he was having sponsorship problems last year (only sponsored by 1-800-CALL-ATT and some paint company for half the year) but no problems for this year :)

He's like an underdog, I gotta root for him.

...and this isn't the FIRST time Schrader's been sponsored by Schwan's in the NASCAR Cup series...

He was sponsored by "Red Baron Pizza" in the mid-80s, which is owned by Schwan's.

#9, That isn't an actual 2004 Dodge. BAM Racing, being as poor as it is, only has ONE showcar for media events and press releases...whenever they want to show off a new paint scheme, they repaint their showcar to show everyone. Their showcar is a 2001 Dodge road-course car (hence the brake ducts on the front)

The only difference between the 2003 NASCAR Dodge and 2004 NASCAR Dodge is the headlight decals. (I guess this means the Intrepid itself is getting a facelift also? To make it look more like the Stratus?)

This is BAM Racing's showcar from January 2002: http://jayski.thatsracin.com/scheme...49bam-front.jpg
BAM's showcar from January 2003 (notice the brake ducts): http://jayski.thatsracin.com/scheme...49att-front.jpg
Same, car, different paint schemes.

Here's what the REAL new Dodges look like: http://jayski.thatsracin.com/scheme...dodge-front.jpg

#15, No, I have not revealed my thoughts on it, because I have no thoughts on it. Let's see how it works out before we bash it. It doesn't sound TOO bad, it might work well...who knows.

...in other news...
-Penske buys out the Jasper 77 team.
-Changes them from Fords to Dodges.
-Gets rid of Dave Blaney, hires Brendan Gaughan to run ROTY
-Kodak leaves the 4 team after many MANY years.
-This is the result: http://jayski.thatsracin.com/scheme...kodak-top-a.jpg (shoulda put more thought into the paint scheme...I don't like it.

#17, That question is up in the air... he has a ride in the Bill Davis Whelen 23 Dodge for the Shootout and the Daytona 500, but after that...???
More news:
Steve Park => To the truck series (in Brendan Gaughan's old ride, the 62 Dodge truck)
Johnny Benson => To the Busch series (in the 1 Yellow FleetPride Dodge)
Mike Skinner => To the truck series (in the 42 Bang Racing Toyota Tundra)
Kenny Wallace => To the Busch series (in the 23 Stacker2 Bill Davis Chevy)
Jack Sprague => To the truck series (in the 16 IWX Chevy Silverado)

John Andretti, Jimmy Spencer, and Jeff Burton may not run full Cup seasons due to lack of sponsorship.

Bill Elliott retired from full-time competition, but will run a few races the next few seasons in the 91 Evernham Dodge. Kasey Kahne has taken over the 9 car, and is running for ROTY.
