If that's true, this thing must be freaking scary (and probably quite traction-limited) to drive. Heck, anyone who has seen the "GIIXERKART" video where the guys from Ringmini put a 100hp I4 on a shifter cart could probably attest to that. :-) |

That's obviously not a V6. The power to wieght ratio with the bike engine is better anyway. |

u dont need torque for a go kart. and 150+ hp with a bike motor on a kart could kill u easily anything more, i dont know how u gonna get to traction on them wheels |

The GIXXERKART video is hilarious, by the way, for anyone who hasn't seen it. It really has no traction at all on regular go-kart tires--basically winds up drifting its way around the whole track. They finally put some sticky rubber on the back and manage to get it to go without doing constant burnouts, and it hauls major butt. |

The Buick GSX had a 455 V8 with nearly 400 hp and 510 ft. lbs. of torque. This is obviously not that engine...although I wouldn't mind seeing that. |

Damn.. I had always wanted to do this. The furthest I got was putting a 125cc motocross engine on mine and even that would cause it to break loose around every turn. |
