#2, The rear beam between the middle and rear windows is what really sticks out as being off in this pic.

Use a slight blur/soften on the edges where you did the cutout. Also could've drawn curves using the line tool if you were using PSP; it's not hard to make them match in color. It definitely gets the point across, though, and I think it may actually not be all that bad an idea. I'd rather see the SRT running gear in a 2-door coupe body or something, though.
