#2, What is everyone's problem with the Monaro and its offshoots (real and photoshopped) looking so "normal"? Are people REALLY that shallow that they look past the 300+hp 350 V8, RWD, swoopy coupe body, and can only see the fact that car doesn't look all that aggressive?

I think this is a very well done photoshop...remember, the '70 Chevelle actually had a front end VERY SIMLIAR to that...quad headlights, horizontally arranged, and had that horizontally split grille.

I like the way it looks, I just thought it resembled a Wimpala...which I like the styling of. Now the engine and drivetrain...that's another story.

#5, Ah, I see.

Well, anywho, I'm happy with the direction GM is headed...their new Kappa platform...it may be small and I-4 powered, but it's RWD and designed for good handling...could produce a world-beating compact car, maybe. They're heading towards RWD with all their large cars, and more and more power.

Already RWD = makes it easier to drop the SBC in. :)

I like this. The rims need a polished lip and it would be perfect imo.

I was telling my wife that when I get a muscle car project, after we get a house with a garage, I am thinking of doing something to piss off the brand loyalists at the car shows...like dropping a Chevy 350 engine into a Mustang or a Ford 302 into a Nova. :)

Now that I stare at it, it kinda looks like the "Down's Syndrome-edition" Cavaliers a little bit too. For some reason this car carries the look much better though, I like it.

#3, power is great, but if your going to give it names like GTO or Chevelle it should look aggressive.

#12, I've said this so many times....be THANKFUL that they didn't destroy the GTO name... they COULD HAVE by putting the name on a V6 or I4 FWD coupe or sedan... think of how many great old American car names have been destroyed that way.
