A little bored tonight, so I decided to make a sequence of scenes from a fantasy ricecop movie. First scene...Lemming and DiRF are patroling the streets of San Francisco in a '68 Charger when they spot a ricer Integra. What to do? |

Ricecop 5: Mopar To Ya' is currently is in "pre-production" and will be started whenever I have time. Basically, a good idea for a story hit me the other day, and it will use some of my unused ideas from my previous abandoned Ricecop 5 collage. Much like part four, it will be an ambitious project, but it will feature more manufactured images, rather than just screen captures, and will feature MANY more characters. Just about every RON member will at least have a cameo if not a speaking part. I'm also concentrating including plenty of sight gags, of which there weren't many in part 4.

I should probably point out I would have had part five finished by now, if it weren't for my home internet being down.
I'm going to start on it as soon as I get connected (possibly sometime this week). Some of the RiceOrNot references in it may seem a bit dated to newer users, but any longtime user or R.O.N. historian should get a kick out of them.

#229, Tried to get it started the other day, but I'm having trouble playing DVDs on the computer.
I've got little to do in the coming week, so I'm going to see if I can get the problem rectified*.
*Rectified. Isn't that a great word? I use it as much as possible.

#232, I had forgotten about this. Since I basically have an excellent DVD capture program now, so I might try to knock something else out in the next couple of days.
My previous idea for part 5 is too dated by now, but I do have another pretty good idea, with which I can combine a few elements from part 5.

#236, IMO, yours is probably the best role in the "film." You're portrayed by Jim Caviezel (sp?). And no, you're not playing Jesus. :P
As it's shaping up, this one is likely going to be the longest of any of the "films" so far. It's going to be using scenes from Gone in 60 Seconds, The Junkman, I Am Legend, Reservoir Dogs, Highwaymen, Hot Fuzz, Shawn of the Dead, and Christine. The result will be far more coherent than that combination of movies would suggest. I've actually come up with a plotline with plenty of action and a few interesting twists.
