Description:
The Volvo turbo intercooled B230FT. If all goes well, this should be resting under the hood of my car by the end of this summer. It puts out about 185 hp and 198 lb/ft of torque. That may not sound like much, but its about a 70% increase over what I have now. |

If I decide to do this, it should be a direct swap, and with a lot of time and money, I can resonably expect at least 350 hp. Possibly as much as 400+ hp. Should be fun. :)

#2, Seriously, I really wish I could go with a 302 or 350, but I just cant afford the conversion. This will be about half the price.

Those horsepower and torque figures would allow for some very spirited driving in a Volvo.

#5, Wait till I'm done with mine. Should be done about 4-5 years from now.
