I think there are a few "tire gloss" products out there that do this pretty well. :D

they never work for me. and afterwords the tire gets grimier and dirtier than ever.

use black magic tire gel, I used that on the sentra like a week ago and they are still shiney (and now the tires are on teh altima now!!)
