This is why you don't give kids fast cars, the kid couldn't even keep it for one full day.

Not even half a day.

It appears there is not one damn salvageable thing/part left on that car.

#1, Anytime someone says that, I have to respond with two things:

1. Any car can exceed the speed limit.
2. There are responsible teenagers out there. I was one, and I pampered by Camaro.

Why is it parked at a YMCA camp site?

#7, maybe as one of those things that show you the risks of what happens when you speed, a sort of warning warning

#8, We have a camaro hanging on a billboard in ft. worth for that exact reason, it's quite trippy the first time you see it.

#1, if a kid has been taught to respect cars, they can handle fast cars. I think its all on how they are raised. you put a kid who's family just drives cars from point A to B and doesn't work on them, this is what you are going to get (most of the time)

My theory is, put a kid in a car that you KNOW he can handle... i bought my car when i was 15 and drove it as the car i learned to drive in... so i know i can drive it. Buying a kid a Camaro when he learned to drive in like a civic or sumthing and consequences may occur... but thats just my theory

#12, If a boy at that age, no matter how he was raised and no matter how much he respects fast cars suddenly has his own fast car at his disposal, he will use it and he will use it to do stupid things:
He will show off, race against other delinquents, do burnouts and donuts... to put it short, he will do stupid things with it. Male teenagers act that way, some more, some less.

it doesn't matter if the car is fast or not.
Luckily (for me anyway) I was good enough to prevent bad shit from happening when I did stupid shit.

#15, I went from a 4 banger wagon to my 5.0 when I was 17, I've not killed myself or my car. yes I have done some stupid things in it, but I didn't even think about trying to show off till I got a fell for the car. so far I have only had one wreck and that was from a dog in the road, not showing off.

and yes I have done stupid shit, but I was smart enough to do them at a time or place where it wouldn't matter if I did fuck up

#17, But you agree with me that taking the car out at the weekends for a BigMac, some sqealing donuts in front of the girls and a race or two along mainstreet sounds rather more tempting with a Z28 that a with an old festiva, doesn´t it? (Please forgive grammar mistakes .)

#19, to me it doesn't matter what I'm in. I'll try to race people in my POS Lincoln, hell I even tried to race people in my wagon. I just know where and where not to.
