#3, No kiddin, people want to know why the 928 weighs less w/ a low-tech SBC, it's overall dimensions are shorter and narrower than the stock OHC v8 that it replaced.....

at least i had an underpowered v8 in a huge car and 2 nice v-6's. so its not that bad for me. but i could see how you would go insane.

My Cougar was reliable as any thing, but who decided to put a 140hp Engine in a 3800 lb car? Really

uh ya. It was a good car, but the power/weight ratio kind of killed the fun factor.

#4, why would you put a sbc in a porsche? one of the points of buying the car is for the exotic engine

yeah same with the fleetwood. it was like 180 in 5000 pound car. But the pimp factor made up for. that's the first car where i didn't care about power.

see the cougars just had the old lady factor going, so they didn't even get the pimp thing going.

his would have been way faster than the altima if he didnt spend all the money on weed. It's off the road now, so he can mod it. It needs an exhuast bad. The single pipe for a 5.7 is about as big as a civic's.

#11, Unless the previous owner turned the "exotic" engine into scrap by not oiling it. Then again, an OHC V8 is hardly an "exotic" motor, because Mustangs have OHC V8's in em', oh, that's right, you're ambient, and you wouldn't be ambient if you weren't constantly worshiping imports and dumping on anything domestic that isn't turbocharged, which you have prooven yet again with that rather misinformed statment, silly me, I should never have wasted the precious oxygen in the room by typing this out
