Description:
I traded in my old car in Flatout again and picked up this beauty of a car, "The Machine"
Slapped a supercharger on it, and it's worth 480HP, with the right mix of brute force and steerability, though it has a habit of doing donuts if you hit the throttle too hard exiting a turn |

There's still about 20HP in this beast if I do some more tuning, basicaly I need a more blower-friendly intake, but, to tell the truth, I think 500HP would make this thing a death-trap |

Well, I went ahead and made it a death trap, 490HP, on most of the tracks, I never get a chance to use 4th gear, and on one of them, I lapped everyone, this thing rocks! |

After playing some more, and toying with dozens of cars, I can say that this one is the best all around car in the game, it's not the fastest, nor the most powerful, but, it's hard to beat. The fastest car is actualy the "Tunderbolt" a Dodge Challenger look-alike w/ a stock 305HP motor that I've succesfully modded to almost 490HP, and can go even further, but it weighs more and handles noticably poorer, but has some decent brakes fortunately
I've also modded up a "Bullet" a clone of a 68' Firebird, but they only give you a tiny 6cyl to work with, and it's got a really bad tranny in it that has gears almost too tall for the motor, you almost stall going from 3rd to 4th...... even after modding it |
