this happened a few years ago. I think it was just body panels on top of a wooden frame made to look like a cop car, complete with flashing lights.

What would be good but near impossible is put the dean in his/her bed up there while the are still asleep. Would be damn funny but as I say damn hard to do too.

No deans, Im in high school. And somone has already put a teachers car on the roof a few years ago. Somone on this page suggested welding a car together around a flag pole. Im considering it.

put a car in the deens parking spot, Take the wheels and axles off so it sits directly on the ground, fill it with concrete making it very hard to remove ;-)

The best car prank I could ever imagine doing would be this, find a guy who has a Fox body mustang or 3rd gen F-body (one you could find a totaled version of in a junkyard real easy), buy the junker, paint it to match, then crush it flat, like monster-truck flat, wait till he parks his car, swap his for the crushed one, swap the plates, and then park a large pickup on top of the crushed one and wait, hillarity ensues....
