#13, Uh, just decrease the width of the image by half, leaving the height the same, then pasting in the wheels from the full/normal size image...for cars at an angle, you need a sophistimacated graphics program to "skew" the wheels you want to paste in, to get them to 'fit'. ...and I use the "feather" feature in PSP to help the pasted in wheels blend in better.
