Thats horrible. Audi's were meant to be driven on roads with curves, not in a straight line...:(

I don't know whether to hate it, because it's Pro Street, or laugh maniacally because it's such an insane basis for a Pro Street car. Both, I think.

why is there huge slicks on teh back and skinnies on the front if its AWD? why not put medium-sized slicks all around?

#6, yeah it's pretty common for drag racing applications, after you get fast enough the AWD proves to be a hinderence down the course.

What's everyone's big problem with converting handling cars to dragsters? It's no worse than making a drag-racing car into an all-around performer.

And I don't really understand the analogy. Are you trying to say that dragsters are cheap?
#16, How? That would make the Daytona slower. This car is faster than a stock Quattro, I can guaran-damn-tee you.

I'm not really into any kind of racing, so to see a street car turned into any kind of single-purpose racecar is something of a turn-off for me, be it a dragster or a track car. I just like this car for the novelty.
