i think a bird got sucked into the engine, thats what most crashes are caused by

#2, Really? I thought it was human error that caused most accidents ;)
Anyway, a couple of years ago, one of our precious few MiG29s (now we have more) was to fire up its engines for the first time after an overhaul. Thing is, some idiot mechanic left a wrench in one of the intakes... let me tell you, this hurt. >_<

I have the model for this plane. These things look very sleek.
Only close competitor in its class is the F-15.

#11, Su27 may have worse electronics (but not necessarily) but its aerodynamics... oh boy. It simply kills everything else in its class.
