What exactly is the difference in taste between pumpkin and sweet potato pie? I know they're made from different things, but they taste the same to me.

Myself, I've been eating some lemon crunch pie lately... and I'm always a sucker for cherry pie and Dutch apple pie.

#6, Probably because yams and pumpkins are like the same family of vegitables, I think they're all considered squashes, so they'll naturaly taste similar, like how most leafy greens taste very similar
