PrintScr doesn't work with overlay surfaces (like video). The only way to get a single video frame like that would be to export it directly from a video player that has a built-in screenshot feature.

Tools > Options > Preformance tab > Video Acceration slider bare > select "None" > click Apply.

#6, My video accelerator bar doesn't allow me to move it... anywho, I rarely use WMP, as it is SLOW AS SHIT AND BUGGY AS HELL... I prefer IrfanView for all my video needs ^_^ ...if I need a screenshot, I just open the video in PowerDVD, which has a screencapture mode.

this appears to be realone player, which is bad. media player classic handels my real and quicktime viewing needs and bsplayer does my screencaping.
