#5, Yeah, I'm not crazy about them either but I have to respect the E30 M3, one of the best handling cars of all time.

#7, I like BMWs alot, I just would hesitate to own one because of the emotional baggage tied to one... almost all BMW drivers are rich, snobby label-conscious assholes and I don't want to be associated with that, even though they are great cars.

#9, I like them alot, it's just that we live in a neighborhood where everyone and there mother has either an X5, a 330Ci coupe or a 5 series and sometimes all three. Yes, most of the BMW drivers are rich snobby assholes. My mom's boss has a blue M5 which I have ridden in. No, he is not snobbish.

#12, he is. He has had BMWs since he was 25 or so. He has an E30 in his MN lake cottage garage. His daily drivers are a blue M5, a black 330Ci vert and a 1990(?) M5 which is very rare in the US.

#14, the new ones are nice, but I prefer old ones. Say 1998-2003. The Bangled ones look rather odd.

#16, My new background! Yeah, the new ones are ugly... but ugly Ferrari-performance luxury, so I don't care. The M6 looks better, same motor and even better handling I've heard. And for looks, 1st gen M5> 2nd Gen M5>3rd gen>4th gen.
