Ok, I'm an idiot, I instinctively put my hand up to block the sun to get a better look at the vehicle >_<

#1, One time I was watching some TV show, and two people were walking down an alley. There was an older car behind them. I actually got out of my chair, walked across the room and tried to look at the screen from a different angle to see if I could get a better look at the car. After a few seconds, I realized the complete absurdity of it and stopped. :P

When I raced the game Grand Prix Legends. you seemed to sit sort of low in the car and I'd catch myself all the time stretching my head up trying to get a better look at the track ahead.

In MS-Train simulator, I caught myself waving to the engineer of a passing train going the other way on the opposite track

Anyone else here lean into turns in racing games? I'm very guilty of that

#5, *raises hand*

I also tense up and cringe when I wreck.

#6, Nah, you gotta live by what Rusty Wallace said about wrecking

"Keep your eyes open, you don't wanna miss this!"

#7, lol - don't know who said it - but I've always loved this racing quote : "When in doubt, step on the gas"

#11, That saved MY ass in the Cavy wagon when I almost hit that beaver-thing... Even though I was fishtailing wildly, I kept my foot planted on the gas and focussed on getting the steering wheel straight... I didn't wreck... if I had let off the gas, or worse, slammed on the brakes, I know I would have gone careening off the side of the road...or into the dumptruck that was coming the other direction.
