I actually like these little cars, I don't like the sedans, but the SS Coupes are very nice.

i thought the ss was supercharged? anyway, more solid rear axle action and not enough speeds on a 4-cylinder...yay

#4, just pshipping tape. All new cars have that on so they can arrive to dealers free of paint inperfections. Alot of times, you will see the "tape" on the hood/soords, and especially on the larger areas of the vehicle's painted surface.

Reminds me of the time I went to a Chevy dealer with my dad and a red Cobalt SS sedan was sitting at the end of a row of spring special Aveos painted that robin's egg blue color. The Aveos all had $5000 dealer markups on them (really? $5k markup on a $10k car?) and the salesman said "You could get any car in this row for $10,000 today."
My dad said "Okay, I'll take that Cobalt SS on the end for $10,000." The salesman, of course, quickly backpedaled on his statement. We left. :P

Yeah, my Mazda2 was listed for $23,000... I almost walked right off the lot when I saw that... but managed to, out the door, everything (tax/tag/title) included, get the car for just under $17,000...
